These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Naemio mobile application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Naemio for your own lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and the app store’s terms.

Domain availability is not guaranteed

Naemio reports whether a domain name appears to be available at the moment you check, using public registration data. Availability changes constantly. A name shown as available may be registered by someone else before you complete a purchase. Naemio does not reserve, sell, or register domains — it links you to independent third-party registrars, who set their own prices and terms. We are not responsible for registrar transactions, pricing, or outcomes.

AI-generated names

AI-suggested names are generated automatically and provided as creative starting points only. They may unintentionally resemble existing company names or trademarks. You are solely responsible for clearing any name for trademark, legal, and business use before adopting it. Naemio makes no guarantee that a suggested name is original, available, or free to use.

Subscriptions, credits & payments

Naemio offers an optional Pro subscription and one-time AI credit packs.

• Subscriptions are billed through your app store account and renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• “Unlimited” Pro AI use is subject to a fair-use limit to prevent abuse; we may apply reasonable daily caps.
• AI credits are consumable, do not expire unless stated, and are generally non-refundable once used, except where required by law or app-store policy.

Prices may change with notice; existing subscription terms apply until renewal.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including: automated scraping or bulk querying, attempting to overload or reverse-engineer our services, reselling the service, or using it for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes.

Disclaimer of warranties

Naemio is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that results are accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naemio and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the app — including any domain you did or did not secure. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update the app and these Terms over time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your place of residence to the extent required, and otherwise by the laws applicable where the app is offered.
